Introduction.
Want to succeed? Stand out from everyone by telling your Customer what you can do for them. Don’t just tell him what kind of education or experience you have, tell him what you can do for him and what results it will give him . That’s what your customer wants to know and is dying to pay you for.
The 3 Basic Rules of a service.
Is your service not visible on digitiup.com? All jobs are pre-approved and visible up to 2 hours after creation if followed 3 basic rules:
1- Be in the official language of Digitiup – English.
2- Have complete profile information in order to prove that the Skills and capabilities are sufficient to offer your service. Confirm that you have your name, basic data, and photograph in the “Settings” option in your personal account panel.
3- Have your service with a clear, direct, and simple title of what it does, a description of what it proposes to do, and the expected results. Mandatory to have at least the basic package with the price. Include 2 or 3 representative photos of the service to help the customer understand what you do and what they can expect from you.

Creation of the ideal profile.
After registering and receiving your username and password ‘Enter’ Digitiup.com and access your personal account in the option “My account” and get to know your panel
Choose the “6-Settings” option:
“Username”: Confirm that the display name is correct. This name will appear on all your services and of course on your profile page when customers are consulting Digitiup.
“About Me”: Use this space to introduce yourself. This information will be visible along with your services and will be visible to the Customer. Do not include in this space telephones, email, websites, networks, or other forms of contact that are outside Digitiup.
“Basic details”: This information will not be visible anywhere but it is important because it is used by the Digitiup team to validate that you have the skills, abilities, and experience to offer the services you propose. When this happens, we label your services with “verified” so that the client knows that the Freelancer has the necessary skills to do the job. Confirms that all your services have the tag.
Creation of the right Service.
Whenever you want to create a service, look for the “ Create Service ” button (you can also find it at the end of this article) and follow these steps
Step 1-Basic
“Title”: Say exactly what you are going to do for your Customer. Have a clear, direct, and simple title starting with “I do…” or “We do…”.
“Category”: Choose where you want to see your service. If you do not choose, a category will be assigned to your service.
Step 2-Description
“Description”: Present your service. The description is your opportunity to say what you do and what results in the Client will receive. End the description with an invitation such as “Please contact me before ordering the service so I can let you know if I can help or recommend other options.”
“Keywords”: write 2 or 3 keywords by which your service can be found in case the customer does a keyword search. Separate each keyword with a comma.
Remember, in case of litigation, the description and its clarity will be important in the final decision.
Step 3-Details
This step comprises 3 important aspects of the service: Package, Extras and Frequently Asked Questions.
“ Packages “: All services must have a price greater than or equal to 5 euros. Create at least one “Basic” package related to the service you are offering. For example, if you have “I make your Newsletter” in your service, have a basic package that could be “Newsletter with 2 Topics, up to 300 words and with 2 revisions included”. Start with a small price and go up to 3 packages with increasing prices. If possible, include the packages in the description (step 2) to make it easier for the customer to read.
“ Extra “: It is not mandatory but it is highly recommended to create at least 1 “Extra”. The extra service must be related to the main service and the extra value is added to the value of the package selected by the customer. For example, if you are offering a newsletter creation package, you can have an extra that is “Opening an account on an email marketing platform”. Another example of an extra would be if the service requires a license for commercial use of the photographs created.
“ Frequently Asked Questions ”: It is not mandatory but it is highly recommended to create some “Frequently Asked Questions” that may occur in the Customer’s mind. Some examples would be: “What does the review include?”, “What is not included?”, “What do I need to get started?”, “Can the license be used for commercial purposes?”. Remember that the customer has all rights to the work delivered by the purchased service unless otherwise specified by the Freelancer on the service page.
Step 4-Medium
Photographs must represent the service. If you have photographs of your portfolio, even better because the client has a better perception of the result that can be obtained by looking at examples.
Logos are not considered representative of the service as well as referring the customer to a website, email or phone for more information.
Step 5-Finish
” Advertise “, is an option you can use when creating your service to immediately stand out from others.
” Plan “, choose yours. It can change at any time.

Re-submit review
In case your service is not visible, check your email to see what correction you have to make to comply with the “Terms & Conditions” and ask again for a revision to the email info@tmymart.org . We will be as brief as possible.
Freelancer best practices at TmyMart.
1- The official language of TmyMart is English.
2- Ensure that your profile page and services have correct, complete, and up-to-date information and that they have not been created for fraudulent purposes.
3- Stay connected and respond promptly and politely to your requests. After more than a month without logging into your account your services will be deactivated.
4- Keep all contacts and conversations within the TmyMart platform.
5- Services that violate the Terms & Services result in the immediate deletion and account cancellation with no option to edit or recover. Some examples are:
5.1- Illegal, fraudulent, violent, misleading, absurd, or Spam services;
5.2- Services intentionally copied from other services;
5.3- Resale of regulated products;
5.4- Violation of copyright, trademark, or third-party terms of service referred to in our Digitiup Intellectual Property Policy:
5.5- Adult-oriented, pornographic, inappropriate, and obscene services;
5.6- Promotion of Digitiup or its content through activities prohibited by any laws, regulations, and/or terms of service of third parties, as well as through any marketing activity that negatively affects our relationships with our users or partners.
